Anime Art as a Transformative Journey
Hey y’all! My name is Kaelyn Strong, and I’m just your everyday Southern girl artist based in Nashville, TN! Most of my creativity and artistic expression comes from working with colored pencils and markers, and sometimes acrylic paint.
I am a self-taught artist. While I’ve taken some college courses back in high school and participated in art clubs, the majority of my skills are self-developed. I’ve always had an eye for art and a passion for it since I was very young.
Over the years, I’ve faced people telling me that my art wouldn’t go anywhere or that I wasn’t good enough. But now, with courage and inspiration, I’m excited to see where my creative journey will take me!
